Beginner/Introduction:
All students brand new to the practice of yoga will be strongly encouraged to begin with the beginners program. This program is an introduction to Hatha Yoga techniques, theory and practice. During the course of this program, offered as an eight-week course, you will have an opportunity to observe demonstrations and receive detailed instructions for each technique. You will be guided through the details and alignment of each posture as an in-depth experience with hands-on assisting as needed. There will be opportunities to ask questions and clarify details. Each class includes centering and breathing exercises, warm-ups, postures, relaxation and integration.
Mixed Level Guided Class:
This class consists of guided flow of postures and breathing techniques. It gives students of all levels an opportunity to learn and take their practice to a deeper level. With the increased awareness that comes through practice, you'll begin to understand and respond to the needs of your body, observe your mind and behaviors with more clarity, and begin to develop a personal connection to Spirit. A complete experience, the class begins with centering and ends with guided relaxation and integration.
Vigorous Practice Guided Class
Bases on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice
This guided flow of postures in the Ashtanga style combines dynamic breathing with flowing movement to create a high-heat, high-energy workout for athletes of all levels.
This class is not for beginners. The class begins with centering and ends with guided relaxation and integration.
Class Fees:
Fee for a 90-minute class is $20
10-class card valid for 3 months is $180
Private sessions by appointment are $75 for 1 hour

Sports
Clubs and Gyms that have carpeting and fluorescent lights
don't provide the atmosphere and environment needed for Yoga.
Our brand
new studio was built to let natural light flood onto our wooden
floors.
With small classes in mind, we built the studio into a beautiful
home surrounded by nature and far away from the noises of
the Gym.
