LARISA KATZ, Director

Larisa is certified by Kripalu Yoga Center and Westchester Institute of Yoga. She is currently working on her advanced teaching certification at Kripalu Center. She has been teaching in various places throughout Westchester and Rockland, such as New York Sports Club, MasterCard International and Community Centers. She often gets invited to Kripalu Center in Lenox, Mass to assist yoga workshops and retreats. She worked with many well-known yoga teachers such as Todd Norian, Anne Greene, Beryl Bender Birch and Thom Birch.
